Bollinger Canyon Elementary School is the home of the Bulldogs! We are a school of about 500 students who pride themselves on following surge vmess of being Safe, Respectful and Responsible. Our staff work relentlessly to provide students with a 21st century education that focuses on literacy, character development and engaging deeply in learning. We have a Character Trait of the Month that is supported by a school-wide Book of the Month and monthly Flag Salute. We believe in differentiating instruction, small group intervention and studying data to push our knowledge and practice. We are strongly supported by our parent community through our PTA, Bulldog Fund and Site Council. We are able to fund extras like K – 5 music, specialized art lessons, a computer lab assistant, librarian and classroom support through paraeducators because of the generous fund-raising and donation efforts made by our families. We host seven classes of students with severe autism and other developmental/medical needs. We feel blessed to teach and learn from these special students who provide unique opportunities for communication and discovery. Bollinger Canyon serves the community of San Ramon, bordering Bollinger Canyon Road west of Interstate Highway 680. The surrounding community consists primarily of single-family homes, with a limited number of apartments and condominiums. We invite you to learn more about our school by perusing our webpage!
